Max McHugh
Max is an Associate with RCR. He received his Undergraduate Degree from Michigan State University and his Juris Doctor from Wayne State University Law School. He handles personal injury, insurance coverage, collections and commercial litigation.
In his free time, Max enjoys going to the gym, traveling, and watching Michigan State basketball.

Permissive Use SD Victory
Max McHugh successfully argued for the dismissal of Plaintiff’s owner’s liability claim asserting that Co-Defendant was not a permissive user of the vehicle involved in the subject motor vehicle accident and that the use of the vehicle occurred without Defendant’s knowledge or consent. The Court dismissed Plaintiff’s claims with prejudice.
