Jason Rudy
Jason is a Partner with the Law Firm. He received his Juris Doctor from Wayne State University Law School and his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Criminal Justice with High Honors from Michigan State University. Jason is part of our Firm’s personal injury, insurance coverage and commercial litigation practices. He is a member of The Association of Defense Trial Counsel.
In his free time, Jason enjoys playing soccer, basketball and golf. He is an avid Michigan State sports fan and veritably bleeds green and white.

Super Lawyer Rising Star Awarded
RCR proudly announces that Jason Rudy was selected as Super Lawyers Rising Stars.
No Threshold Injury
Jason Rudy successfully argued for the dismissal of Plaintiff’s negligence claim asserting that Plaintiff did not sustain a “threshold” injury in the subject accident. The Court agreed and dismissed Plaintiff’s case with prejudice.
No-Fault PIP Dismissal
Jason Rudy obtained summary judgment in a No-fault PIP case filed by Plaintiff and multiple medical providers. Attorney Rudy was able to prove that Defendant was not in the order of priority. The Court dismissed the case against Defendant.
No Cause - Arbitration
Attorney Jason Rudy successfully obtain a No Cause Verdict at arbitration. Mr. Rudy vigorously defended the negligence claim and was able to prove that his client’s actions were not a proximate cause of Plaintiff’s injuries resulting in a No Cause Verdict.
No Cause Judgment
Thanks to Jason Rudy’s aggressive handling of the file, Plaintiff’s attorney was forced to enter into a stipulated No Cause Judgment in connection with a fraudulent property damage claim for a Maserati sports car. Plaintiff stipulated to a no cause judgment.
New Partner
RCR is excited to congratulate Jason Rudy on being named an equity partner. The new role is well deserved as Jason has been an excellent attorney and remains an aggressive advocate for his clients.
Negligence Dismissal
Jason Rudy was able to elicit key testimony from all of the parties and witnesses in order to prove that our client did not cause or contribute to the accident. The Court granted his Motion for Summary Disposition on negligence and the case was dismissed with prejudice.
Summary Disposition Granted
Jason Rudy obtained summary disposition in a negligence case in favor of an RCR client. The Judge agreed that Plaintiff was over 51% at fault and granted the motion in our favor. The case was dismissed with prejudice.
Dismissal Due to Coverage Exclusion
The Judge threw out Plaintiff’s $130,000.00 PIP suit. Jason Rudy obtained the Dismissal based upon an excluded driver provision.
$650,000.00 in PIP Bills Dismissed
Jason Rudy obtained dismissal with prejudice of a three Plaintiff PIP case. Summary Disposition was granted on a material misrepresentation at policy procurement. Over $650,000 in bills were being claimed by the Plaintiffs.
Material Misrepresentation
Jason Rudy’s motion for Summary Disposition was granted due to Plaintiff’s on material misrepresentation/fraud at policy procurement. The Judge tossed Plaintiff’s $95,000.00 claim.
