Timothy P. Brady
Mr. Brady received his undergraduate degree from Boston College in 2001 with a B.A. in Economics and a minor in French. He also studied at Institute d’Etudes Politiques (Sciences Po) in Paris, France in 2000. Tim received his law degree from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law in 2004.
Tim handles third-party automobile liability defense, No-Fault litigation, fraud and trucking liability. Tim has extensive experience with construction, premises and product liability, professional liability, toxic torts, collections and commercial litigation. Mr. Brady is a trusted arbitrator, case evaluator and oversees complex facilitations.
As an accomplished litigator, Tim has been AV Peer Review Rated by LexisNexis/Martindale-Hubbell. The AV Peer Review rating is the highest rating allowed. It attests to a lawyer’s legal ability and professional ethics, and reflects the confidential opinions of the Bar and the Judiciary. Mr. Brady also was recognized by DBusiness Magazine as a “Top Lawyer.”
Mr. Brady is a member of the State Bar of Michigan and is licensed to practice in the State of Michigan as well as the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan. Tim is a proud father of two kids and a baseball coach for the Grosse Pointe City/Farms Little League.
